On this occasion, the book offers the first overview on its architectural practice. The projects cover a broad spectrum from interior to urban design. They particularly stand out due to their conviction in the intricate relationship between architectural appearance and argument. Consequently, the book is dedicated to this thesis which will be addressed as a general critical topic: form is not the result of free will or determinism, but rather the logical consequence of a complex debate about why and how a certain form can embody a project's values, solutions, and aspirations. Hans Ibelings is an acclaimed architectural critic and historian. He is author of a number of books and has been the editor and publisher of The Architecture Observer since 2012. Amsterdam-based Team V Architecture was founded in 2013 by Jeroen van Schooten, Do Janne Vermeulen, and Gerard van Hoorn.
